You can cancel, or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation.

Just email us directly at service@rejoycestore.com with your name and order number and we’ll take you through the process.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

We provide free standard international shipping on orders above $30 USD. For order less than 30 USD, shipping costs various to different countries and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Find your region and estimated delivery time.

United States & Canada - 7-14 business days
Europe, Oceania, Asia - 7-18 business days
Middle East - 8-18 business days

All other countries - 8-25 business days

Please note, we require 1-5 days to process orders.  Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How long is the processing time?

Orders placed on Monday - Thursday are processed within 1-3 days. Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on Friday - Sunday.

All shipping times exclude holidays/clearance/customs delays.

Do I need to pay import duties?

Some packages may be subject to import duties depending on the country of receipt. Please note, due to new EU VAT Rules, there may be increased duty to pay on packages arriving to EU member states.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us atservice@rejoycestore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect and Missing Items

If you received a damaged item, incorrect item, or something was missing from your shipment (so sorry!), we will immediately send a replacement item or offer a full refund (including any return shipping fees) for the item. Please reach out to our Customer Service Squad atservice@rejoycestore.comfor further assistance. If your product is damaged or missing an item, please send over picture of the product with your email!

Do you accept Exchanges?

We can’t exchange the item you have. You can make a separate purchase for the new item.

How could I get the refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
